I am a Postdoctoral Senior Researcher belonging to Beyong5GHub Group at the University of the West of Scotland, United Kingdom. My main interests are Network and Service Orchestration, E2E Network Slicing, Monitoring, Zero-Touch Deployment Infrastructure, Network and Management control, 5G NFV Services, Software-Defined Networks and 5G networks in cloud computing.
I have been technically involved in the H2020 5G-PPP Phase 2 SLICENET and 5G-PPP Phase1 SELFNET project. Nowadays, I am involved in 6G-Brains, 5G-Induce, Arcadian-IoT H2020 5G-PPP projects. On the academic side, I have more than 70 publications in SCI-indexed international journals, conferences, European white papers, Technical Reports and Standards. I have been involved as a Technical Programme Committee member in more than 42 international conferences. On the industrial side, I have experience in more than 15 private and public projects funding.
